Summary
A freelancer-company marketplace prototype featuring a multi-dimensional talent matching algorithm, milestone-based project management, file sharing, and Stripe Connect secure escrow payment system.
Problem
Companies had to scan multiple platforms to find qualified freelancers, manually verify references, and give small test projects to assess reliability.
Solution
We developed a multi-dimensional talent matching algorithm: technical skills, industry experience, availability, budget compatibility, and past project success scores are evaluated together. A secure escrow payment system was integrated with Stripe Connect.
Result
User tests were conducted with 50 freelancers and 20 companies in the PoC phase. Overall satisfaction rate was measured at 85%. Average project initiation time dropped from 2 weeks to 3 days.
