Bilingual (TR/EN) academic publication and announcement platform with a self-service admin panel, for a TÜBİTAK 3005 funded research project
Summary
A bilingual (TR/EN) academic platform built for the TÜBİTAK 3005 funded research project "Online Behaviour and Digital Etiquette (Netiquette) in Building Communication Skills", sponsored by Yeni Yüzyıl University. The site covers project information, research-process tracking, publications, events and news. The research team updates all content from its own admin panel without needing technical knowledge.
Problem
A multi-year academic research project had no permanent digital home for its process updates, publications and announcements. The team needed to publish in both Turkish and English without depending on a developer for every content change.
Solution
We built a fully responsive, bilingual (TR/EN) platform with a restrained, academic design language. We added a research-process tracker that shows each stage with status labels, a publications list with open-access citations, plus events and news modules. Every section is editable from an admin panel as easy to use as WordPress; videos are embedded from YouTube.
Result
The project team updates research stages, publications and announcements on its own, and content is published in both languages at once.
